What are they?

The concept of Mastermind Groups was first discussed in the book "Think And Grow Rich" which was written by Napoleon Hill, the founding father of the personal and professional growth industry.

In his research Hill discovered that successful individuals were involved with Mastermind Groups.

Hill defined Master Mind as the "Coordination of knowledge and effort, in spirit and harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose."

Think about that for a moment! A group of like minded people coming together with different ideas and experiences to collaborate, brainstorm and provide support to help achieve their goals.

How does it work?

The overall structure of the Rapid Success Mastermind is ...

You meet with your Mastermind Group twice per month.
Meetings are held through conference calls.
Your meeting is facilitated by a Rapid Success Coach to keep you focused and on-track.
Members support each other and agree to keep discussions strictly confidential.
There is a maximum of eight to ten members per Mastermind Group.
You will be provided with specific tools and content that you can apply to accelerate your career.
The facilitator with ensure that each member has equal air time.
Each member submits a bio outlining background along with their goals.
You are assigned a group with members from different organizations.

What does a meeting look like?

The main components of each meetings are ...

Calls begin with a check-in from each member on the progress toward goals.
New members are introduced to the group and share their background and goals.
Facilitator will share insights and facilitate discussion along a specific topic or theme (see content list below).
Each member shares current challenges and receives group feedback.
At the end of the call you will be asked to commit to specific actions that you plan on completing before the next call.
A quick meeting it set between pairs to follow up and make sure you follow through on your goals.
Remember ... the objective of each meeting is to move you forward toward your goals!

Ronald Vereggen - The Rapid Success Coach

Ronald Vereggen, The Rapid Success Coach, helps individuals rise to the next level in their career, business and life! He strives to improve the quality of life for individuals and organizations by providing transformational training and coaching services.

Ron is passionate about continual improvement and has been studying and refining the success strategies of elite performers since 1992. Over this time he has accumulated an extensive amount of knowledge in the areas of leadership, personal excellence and business improvement.

In 2002 Ron founded Rapid Success Coaching Inc. A company dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations by providing a number of services including: Rapid Transformations, Group Mentoring, Professional Coaching, Success Workshops and Corporate Transformations. He has helped CEO's, leaders, managers, teams, entrepreneurs and other professionals to quickly rise to the top of their game.

Ron is a Professional Coach trained by the Adler School of Professional Coaching. He has also been trained and certified in a number of Rapid Success Tools including Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), Ericksonian communication and most recently Be Set Free FastSM (BSFFSM). He also has a leadership and management background within the Information Technology field working for large financial institutions.
